burien overlook residence
The Burien overlook residence is a major renovation and expansion of an existing single story mid-century modern home into a 3-story forever dream home. The design incorporates a footprint layout which aligns with the existing site slopes, and maximizes the views and outdoor spaces to take advantage of the site’s stunning views of Three tree point, Puget Sound, and the Olympic mountains
